Sophie’s Blush Rosé named after the apple of the winemakers eye, here’s to you nonno!
Parcels of fruit were selected by nonno for their flavour, colour and sugar levels. The grapes were hand picked followed by de stemming and crushing but contact with skins was kept to a minimum to create a classic Rosé tint.
The palate is lively, textured and integrated with an array of berry and cherry flavours with a hint of spice.
Drink chilled with your favourite pasta or sip with smoked salmon.
